The tech industry
desperately needs a connected suite of four new integration packages, to limit
conflicts and chaos and reduce the need for crude and complicated new systems
of regulation. A “cyber social contract”, which does need to mesh with new
humanistic and legal aspects, but needs to be constructed based on deep
knowledge of what an intelligent system really is, and of microeconomics and hardware
technologies.
These blog posts are
mainly crosscutting, except for the QuIST group (the rectangle on the lower
right), on the bottom part of this list. To develop this will itself require new
networks of communication to build new connections between key players and
systems.
